Your role
As our Junior CRM Manager, we will coach you to manage the communication with our users through direct messaging. You will tackle the challenge of sending effective messages to millions of users as well as research, define, and implement strategies to drive product engagement and retention.
Your tasks
- Prepare and send regular newsletters about product updates or special offers to our users
- Collaborate with freelancers to localize existing messages to all our focus markets
- Setup and maintain new automatic email campaigns for an international audience
- Collaborate with other teams to create new user-centered email campaigns
- Set up, monitor, and A/B test emails and push notifications in our CRM tool
- Manage the technical infrastructure for all of our messaging tools
Requirements
- Ambition to learn and become an expert in CRM topics
- Hands-on experience with messaging tools (e.g. Braze, Customer.io, Leanplum, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Very good communication skills in English and at least B2 level in German - any other language is a plus
- Capability to empathize with our users and their journey
- Basic knowledge of HTML & SQL (or at least high interest)
- Strong interest in music and basic piano knowledge
