Your role
As Senior Data Analyst you will play a crucial role to extract and present useful insights from flowkey’s data. You will do your own independent data research, build visualizations for our BI reporting and manage the direction & progress of significant analytical projects.
Your responsibility will include crafting a coherent story from data and presenting your findings to management and other teams. You will investigate the in-app behavior of our users in various scenarios, e.g. before subscribing or after going through the product onboarding process. Over time you will gain familiarity of the product and its user flows to make sense of data based on relevant context knowledge.
Your work will involve close cooperation with various stakeholders across teams and enable driving key decisions for our product and company growth.
Your skills
- Excellent analytical skills and mindset driven by strong curiosity
- Passion for data visualisation & storytelling
- Experience with data manipulation (SQL, R, Python, data.table, pandas)
- Knowledge of a dashboard tool (e.g. Metabase, Superset)
- Ability to identify & resolve issues with data quality, integrity and consistency
- Fluency in at least one data visualization programming package (e.g. ggplot2, highcharts, matplotlib, seaborn)
- Ability to produce readable and compact Jupyter or Rmarkdown notebooks
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Ability to formulate and pursue a path for long-lasting analytical projects
- Experience in Knowledge Management
- Interest or experience in Data Engineering
- Interest or experience in Advanced Statistics and Machine Learning
