Your role

Excellent customer service makes the difference – especially in online communities of the digital world. We seek out to teach piano to people all around the world with our apps. This is hardly possible without good customer service. Our customer support team assists our customers in all requests through in-app messenger and e-mail, social medial channels & App Stores.

To keep providing a high quality app, the communication between the support team and our developers is crucial. So we are looking for a new experienced team member, ideally with some app development experience, who is proficient in German and English.

You will assist our users and be in exchange with our development team to report bugs and help with troubleshooting.

This job is available as a part-time position of 25 hours per week.

Since team spirit is very important to us, we’re looking for a Berlin-based (or vicinity) new team member. During these uncertain times we work mostly remote. However, coming to the office for training and occasionally working from there is preferred.

Your skills

  • At least 2 years of experience in multi-lingual customer service via email and/or chat
  • Fast style of writing and communicate well in written form
  • Fluent in English (and at least German B1)
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Experience with JavaScript and web development
  • Basic knowledge of web infrastructure, client and server concepts
  • High affinity for technical products and passion to follow technological trends
  • At least basic piano playing skills
